1) Mexi-tini
– 1 oz. Orange Flavored Vodka
– 1 oz. tequila
– ½ oz. orange juice
– Orange slice for garnish
1) Pour ingredients into cocktail shaker, and add crushed ice.
2) Let stand for five seconds.
3) Shake for 5 seconds
4) Strain into a martini glass (or whatever is handy) and garnish with an orange slice.
2) Old Lay Recipe
– 1 ¼ oz. of any gold tequila
– ¾ oz. triple sec orange liqueur
– Splash of lime juice
– Splash of grenadine
Preparation:
– Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice
– Shake well
– Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
– Top with grenadine
3) Salty Chihuahua
– 1 wedge lime
– Coarse salt
– Ice
– 1.5 fluid oz. of tequila
– 5 fluid oz. of lemonade
Preparation:
– Wet the rim of a glass with lime juice
– Dip glass in salt
– Fill glass with ice
– Pour in tequila and lemonade
– Squeeze and drop in the lime wedge
– Stir
4) Raspberry Margarita
– 5 oz. sweet-and-sour cocktail mix
– 2 oz. premium tequila
– 1 oz. Cointreau
– 1 oz. raspberry liqueur
– 2 cups of ice cubes
– Margarita salt
– 1 lime, cut into 4 wedges
Preparation:
– Pour the sweet-and-sour mix, tequila, Cointreau, and raspberry liqueur into a shaker filled with ice
– Shake until the shaker is frost on the outside
– Rub rim of margarita glass with a lime wedge, then dip in salt
– Add a few ice cubes
– Strain the liquid from the shaker carefully into the glass.
– Add lime wedge as garnish
5) Blue Motorcycle (DIG Favorite!)
– 2 cups of ice
– 1.5 oz. of vodka
– 1.5 oz. of tequila
– 1.5 oz. of rum
– 1.5 oz. gin
– 1.5 oz. Blue Curacao (or blue Powerade for those on a tight budget)
– 1 dash of sour mix
– 2 oz. Sprite or 7-up
– 1 slice of fresh lemon
Preparation
– Fill shaker with ice
– Add vodka, tequila, rum, gin, Blue Curacao, sour mix and Sprite
– Shake until frothy
– Pour contents of the shaker, including ice into a glass
– Garnish with a slice of lemon
