Crawfish. Ettouffee. King. Cake.

The DIG Team had the pleasure to trying Stinky’s Fish Camp’s newest feature…and the results are AMAZING.

Crawfish Ettoufee King Cake is now available at Stinky’s and if the name itself doesn’t make you want a piece, maybe the pictures below will. According to Stinky’s Kitchen Staff, they didn’t even think that the dish would take off the way it did. But boy did it.


The King Cake comes hot out of the oven and the chef adds Stinky’s homemade Crawfish Ettouffee.

After topped with Crawfish Ettouffee, Andouille croutons and fresh chives, this baby is ready to EAT.


This savory King Cake was everything we expected AND MORE. The chef fills the center of the King Cake with extra Ettouffee for endless dipping (my favorite part).  This baby feeds 4 people easily. Recommended for dinner and WARNING: may cause sleepiness…

We also enjoyed PLENTY of Stinky’s Fish Camp’s signature items like the Grilled Avocado & Corn Relish, Crispy Boudin Balls and the Crawfish Mac & Cheese with a Stuffed Chicken Wing. Check out all of Stinky’s menu here.

All in all, we would DEFINITELY recommend this exclusive King Cake to anyone, especially if you’ve got family or friends in from out of town. But then again, all of Stinky’s menu is a must try. So make your reservations now via OpenTable.
