A downtown restaurant and bar has closed up shop.
Restaurant IPO, a business that served small plates, drinks and lunch specials, has closed due in part to a rough summer, The Advocate reports.
“It’s hard to bounce back from that summer,” Executive Chef Scott Varnedoe said, according to The Advocate. “We decided to close as a restaurant and focus on private events.”
The business, located at 421 N. 3rd St., closed on Aug. 27.
