It is never a better time to buy vintage than during The Pink Elephant’s popular Trunk Shows. The last Trunk Show of the season will be Saturday, May 19th. Sales and refreshments will be offered throughout the antique mall, from 9am to 5pm. In addition to the 30 dealers inside, pop-up vendors and a food truck offering Caribbean food will be set up outside.
Customers will find everything from artwork, gift items, furniture and both the unusual and traditional antique and vintage finds and collectibles. Lisa Pellissier says, “We are always striving to provide unique and fun shopping options for our customers”
The Pink Elephant, located at 2648 Government Street is the largest Antique Mall in Baton Rouge. The Moroccan themed mall, owned by Albert and Lisa Pellissier is housed in vintage buildings built in the 1930’s and 40’s, that still retain the original features including shiplap, beaded board ceilings, brick-stamped tin siding and a real tin roof.
