Event Details

Join Chef Matt Reed as he takes you on a culinary journey, teaching you tips and tricks of the kitchen. You will begin the evening with a specialty cocktail and with each course, our friend Jesse with Neat Wines will pour a wine perfectly paired to each dish. You will not only leave the evening with recipes of each dish but also a new found love of the kitchen.

Irish Fun Menu:

Soda Break with Sausage and Peppers
Fresh, soft baked bread served with beer brats, onions and mixed peppers

Guinness Beef Stew
Stout-braised beef roast with potatoes and carrots in smoky light cream broth and served over long-grain white rice

Crunchy Sticky Banoffee Pie
Crunchy buttered cookie crust with caramel, bananas, fresh cream, and toffee crumble
