Chef Scott Gautreau & Chef Mike Brewer have created a 3-course Valentine’s Menu that will be available during our dinner services Wednesday, February 14th through Saturday, February 17th at our Brasserie location on Jefferson Hwy.

Choose from multiple offerings to create your own 3 course meal for only $80/couple or you can pair with a bottle of wine for $99 for a couple.

Creole Seafood Gumbo
–rich, dark roux based gumbo, Louisiana crab, shrimp & oysters
Gazpacho Seafood Salad
–crab, pickled shrimp, julienned bell pepper, cucumber, tomato, red onion with gazpacho vinaigrette & ranch dressing
Spinach, Artichoke, Crab Soup
–rich cream, spinach, grilled artichoke hearts, jumbo lump crab, toasted Parmesan cheese

Louisiana Seafood Courtbouillon
–blackened redfish, grilled gulf shrimp, jumbo lump crab meat, dirty rice, courtbouillon sauce
Grilled Hanger Steak
–hanger steak, house made fries, pork trotter ketchup
Miso Grilled Redfish
–miso marinated redfish, sautéed spinach, pineapple, lime, cilantro coulis
Three Little Pigs
–braised pork belly, grilled pork tenderloin, smoked pork demi, black lentils, puréed sweet potatoes

Red Velvet Cake
–rich red velvet cake with sour cream cheese icing
Strawberry Shortcake
–macerated strawberries, vanilla scented shortcake, tart whipped cream
