The DIG Team is proud to introduce our Fit Fridays! With the release of our February Fitness issue, we have decided to try out some of the awesome fitness options that Baton Rouge has to offer, and share them with you!
Our first Fit Friday will be on February 2nd at noon at Yogalates II. Yogalates is a mix between yoga and pilates, and is done in a studio set 90 degrees (PHEW!). This killer workout can also burn from 500-1200 calories! Be sure to follow us on Instagram for live stories of our very first class.
