William “Wil” Ros, a former executive of an Ascension Parish Popeyes chain, pleaded guilty to wire fraud and embezzlement of a bankruptcy estate Thursday, The Advocate reports. Ros also bought a car and made changes to his house with money stolen from Fundamental Provisions, LLC, a company that used to operate many Popeyes locations in Louisiana, Alabama and Florida. He embezzled money by making Popeyes managers give him cash from their stores.
