Sean Rivera, former executive chef of City Pork Deli & Charcuterie, is set to open new restaurant Driftwood Cask and Barrel this February or March, The Advocate reports. The gastropub-style restaurant will be located on Third Street in downtown Baton Rouge. While a menu has not yet been confirmed for the eatery, it will serve high-end beer and offbeat food options.
