The New Orleans-based regional carrier Glo Airlines is expanding, and that growth may eventually include Baton Rouge.
According to the Greater Baton Rouge Business Report, the company is expanding along the Gulf Coast, and Glo founder and CEO Trey Fayard sees the Capital City as a potential option.
“We see potential in Baton Rouge,” Fayard said, according to The Business Report. “I’ve had extensive discussions with Anthony Marino and Jim Caldwell at the airport there. We stay in good communication … maybe in phase two of our expansion you’ll see Baton Rouge, but not immediately.”
