Louisiana Gov. John Bel Edwards will be in Washington D.C. again Friday to meet with President Barack Obama about state flood relief, Nola.com reports. Edwards is making a request to Congress and Obama for more than $2.8 billion in flood relief grants and funding.

While he’s in Washington, D.C., Edwards will also meet with several other people, such as House Speaker Paul Ryan, the U.S. Department of Health and Services staff and Department of Transportation Secretary Anthony Foxx, according to Nola.com.
