Louisiana resident to compete in ‘Skin Wars’ finale

Lafayette artist Brittney Pelloquin has advanced to the season finale on the Game Show Network series “Skin Wars,” The Advocate reports. She got to the final stages of the body painting competition show with her rendition of a hibiscus plant.

“Watching my piece come to life on stage feels amazing,” Pelloquin said in the episode, according to The Advocate. “It’s a really strong piece. The colors are beautiful, the water on the petals looks realistic. I feel like I’m on a good ol’ winning streak.”

The winner of “Skin Wars” will be revealed tonight and will receive $100,000.
