LSU’s Robert Reich School of Landscape Architecture was ranked No. 1 in DesignIntelligence Magazine’s “America’s Best Architecture & Design Schools” for 2016-17, according to a University Relations news release. This is the seventh time the school has been No. 1 since 2006.

“I’m pleased that our rankings remain strong,” said Mark Boyer, director of the LSU Robert Reich School of Landscape Architecture, in the release. “As I’ve told current and prospective students, regardless of what the number is, the fact that you can tell a prospective employer that you have a landscape architecture degree from LSU is what matters. The number of awards our alumni, students, and faculty are receiving this year is a testament to that truth.”

In addition, LSU Professor Max Conrad earned a spot on the magazine’s 25 Most Admired Educators for 2016-17, according to the release.
