Traditionally restaurants fall into flavor categories that group common dishes and seasonings. Restaurant IPO was born out of breaking this tradition by aligning unique worldwide cuisine infused with a South Louisiana flare.

She Crab & Roasted Sweet Corn Bisque

Served with fried brie beignets

Creole Sweet Potato Salad

Topped with cane glazed duck breast, orange gastrique and can-dried oranges

Asian Cajun Tostada

Miso whipped goat cheese, Asian seared tuna and salmon, lime ponzu, spiced boiled peanuts, black beans and collard kimchi


Smoked Shrimp and Goat Cheese Gnocchi

Served with white wine Venetian sauce, shaved parmesan and truffle

Camp Fire Catfish

A cornmeal crust, slaw in a lemon vinaigrette, warm roasted crawfish corn relish, crab hushpuppies and pickled okra tartar sauce

Onion Ash Sous Vide Pork Chop

Served with bacon collards, smoked gouda grits, chicken gras demi-glace and apple juice pickled mustard seeds

Rabbit Foie Gras

Boudin-stuffed chicken breast with braised red cabbage and smocked ham jock jus topped with cracklins

Pan Sautéed Redfish

Served with Louisiana shrimp and crawfish jambalaya, onion pickles, sherry lemon brown butter emulsion


Fried White Chocolate Sweet Potato Bread Pudding

Served with praline sauce and mint julep whipped cream

Chocolate Plate

Served with Community Coffee salted caramel, burnt marshmallow and graham crumble
