Clear your calendars, trash your grocery lists, and get ready to whet your appetite.
Restaurant Week is back.
Restaurant Week Baton Rouge’s fourth course promises to be its best yet. The event offers plenty of bang for your buck – and your bite – featuring several hundred varied dishes from 50 locations in the city.
Diners can enjoy three-course meals at fixed prices, from $15-$35 per person depending on the eatery. Each restaurant offers a number of options to choose from for each of the three courses included in the fixed menus.
Thousands of diners participated in the inaugural event, which is produced by DIG Magazine.
Restaurant Week offers more for Baton Rouge than an array of fine dining options. The event also benefits the Baton Rouge Food Bank. As it did in January, Dig will donate $5,000 to the Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank on behalf of the diners, sponsors and participating restaurants. The combined donations will equal to 35,000 meals for those in need by year’s end.
A full list of menus and dishes is available at EatBR.com, but here’s a rundown of the participating restaurants and a sampling of some of the tasty dishes from each. Due to the heavy demand throughout the week, some restaurants encourage reservations. Visit EatBR.com for the latest information.
