The owner of Rock N Roll Sushi plans to open a second location of the restaurant, according to The Greater Baton Rouge Business Report. Construction has yet to begin on the first planned location of the spot on Jefferson Highway, as the owner, Chip Burr, is waiting for the permit to begin work.
The second location will be on Perkins Road near South Acadian Thruway. It will feature cooked and fried sushi rolls and traditional sashimi and sushi.
Burr plans to open four or five locations of the Alabama-based chain by the end of 2017, according to The Business Report.
