Curry marinated chicken sautéed in a mild blend of curry and Indian spices over rice pilaf

Shepherd’s Pie

Seasoned ground beef and veggies cooked down in a red wine demi-glace covered with homemade mash and topped with cheese

Shrimp and Grits

Sautéed shrimp and sausage cooked down and served on top of creamy grits
