Aged cheddar & emmenthaler melted cheese with lager beer, garlic spices

Spinach Artichoke

Butterkase, fontina, melted with fresh spinach & artichoke

Fiesta Cheddar 

Cheddar cheese blended with lager beer jalapeño peppers and salsa made as spicy as you like

SECOND COURSE (CHOOSE ONE)

Caesar Salad

Romaine lettuce, parmesan cheese, croutons and parmesan-encrusted pine nuts, tossed with caesar dressing

Melting Pot House

Romaine-iceberg mix, cheddar, egg, tomatoes, croutons with peppercorn ranch dressing or house dressing

Strawberry Spinach  

Baby spinach, golden raisins, gorgonzola cheese, strawberries, honey-roasted almonds and strawberry vinaigrette

THIRD COURSE (CHOOSE ONE)

Land

Teriyaki-marinated sirloin, all-natural chicken breast, memphis-style dry rub pork and vegetables

Sea

Sesame-crusted ahi tuna, white shrimp, atlantic salmon filet and vegetables

Edamame or onion rings, artichoke hearts, baby portobello mushrooms, fresh asparagus, marinated tofu, featured pasta, wild mushroom sacchetti
