Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump took the stage at the Baton Rouge River Center last night, with nearly 10,000 in attendance, The Advocate reports. He’s the last major candidate, save John Kasich, to have a rally or fundraiser in the capital city.
At the rally, people in attendance booed politicians, and Trump himself spoke against his his GOP rivals.
“Politicians are all talk and no actions,” Trump said at the event, according to The Advocate. “These politicians — the blood suckers, I call them the blood suckers — we’ve got to get rid of them.”
