Last year, LSU Football’s game against South Carolina was moved to Tiger Stadium amid flooding in the state, and Leonard Fournette announced after the game he would auction off his jersey to raise money for flood victims. Now, USC is returning that favor, WAFB reports. The university is organizing donations for those affected by the flood.
“LSU was so gracious to assist us in our time of need,” said USC President Harris Pastides, according to WAFB. “Now it is our turn to help our SEC friends. I encourage all Gamecocks to drop off items needed for the Baton Rouge flood relief.”
