Washington Post: BR officers involved in fatal shooting of Alton Sterling won’t be charged

Officers involved in the fatal shooting of Alton Sterling last summer won’t be charged by the Justice Department, The Washington Post reports. No official announcement about the case has been made, and the report cites “four people familiar with the matter.”
