1. MIKE MANGHAM’S SOUTHERN PLATE
Michael Mangham returns to BR with Southern classics and a few surprises. This strawberry shortcake made with a sweetened biscuit, fresh berries, and hand-piped cream satisfied our sweet tooth while remaining light and refreshing.
2. FETE AU FETE
Chef Micah Martello and team have set down roots in BR and we couldn’t be happier. The Trash Grits feature creamy cheese grits, smoky pulled pork, caramelized onions, a poached egg, and a sriracha drizzle for some heat.
3. JOLIE AT THE MARKET
The Jolie Pearl you already know and love brings their signature raw or chargrilled oysters, plus a couple of po-boy options. The Jolie’s Classic Chargrilled and the BBQ Nola style grilled options were hot and delicious.
4. DAT’Z ITALIAN
Joe & Shelly Forté have turned their mobile operation into a cornerstone of WSM. You can expect their favorite pizzas, plus other Italian classics. The Caprese pizza delivers everything you love about the salad atop a wood-fired crust.
5. GOV’T TACO
Local chef celebrity Jay Ducote, delivers big with his first foray into food service. The Bovine Bureaucracy & Uncle Swine tacos offer familiar tastes kicked up to a new level that will keep you coming back.
6. REVE COFFEE ROASTERS
Rêve brings their delicious blends of brewed hot and iced coffee (like the beautiful latte pictured), leaf tea, and kombucha, making it a morning must-stop if you’re in the area. You can also purchase whole coffee beans by the bag.
7. THE BIG SQUEEZY
Serving up cold press juices, bowls, and other healthy options, The Big Squeezy is a guilt-free place to grab a meal or snack. The Tiger Bowl showcases fresh fruit and açaí berry with granola, flaked coconut and agave syrup.
8. CHOW YUM PHAT
Thai Beef Totchos are just ONE example of the fun “Asian street foods” Chef Vu Le offers up at Chow Yum Phat. Look for pho and ramen dishes, as well as steamed bao buns and wings.
Being the only bar in WSM has its advantages. Mouton serves up classic craft cocktails, beer and wine, and even frozen drinks, like The Negroni Slush.
