Every Friday evening, Leela opens its doors for a community-centered yoga practice designed to help you slow down, move with intention, and ease into the weekend. Friday Free Flows begin at 5:45 p.m. and offer a relaxed, welcoming way to reset after the week.

What makes these classes special is their variety. Each week features a different teacher, bringing their own style, perspective, and energy to the flow. No two Fridays feel the same, but every class is rooted in thoughtful sequencing and a genuine sense of connection. Whether the practice is grounding, energizing, or somewhere in between, the focus remains on presence and shared experience.

Friday Free Flows are intentionally accessible. No prior yoga experience is required, and there’s no pressure to perform or keep up. The space is open, supportive, and designed for anyone who wants to move, breathe, and show up exactly as they are.

More than just a class, Friday Free Flows are a chance to gather, unwind, and practice together at the end of the week. If you’re looking for a meaningful way to transition into your Friday evening, Leela’s weekly flow offers just that.
