This Restaurant Week, we’re continuing our DIGging through the Eat the Boot Facebook group to spotlight the meals people are sharing and talking about all week long. Next up in the series is a stop at City Pork, inspired by a post from Dear Y’all that quickly caught our attention.

City Pork’s 2026 Restaurant Week menu features redfish, which earned an immediate stamp of approval and the title of new favorite fish. It’s the kind of dish that feels right at home on a Restaurant Week menu: familiar, well-executed, and satisfying without trying too hard.

Beyond the food, the experience stood out for all the right reasons. Super friendly service paired with consistently good food is a big part of what keeps City Pork in regular rotation for so many locals, especially during a week when diners are bouncing from spot to spot.

City Pork keeps things simple and does it well. A solid Restaurant Week menu, standout redfish, and service that makes the whole experience even better.

This Restaurant Week feature was inspired by a post from Dear Y’all shared in the Eat the Boot Facebook group.
